Return & Exchange Policy
Returns or exchanges are accepted only in case of product
damage or wrong item delivered. Customers must contact
us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos for
verification. Once approved, a replacement or refund will be
provided.
Products must be unused and in original condition with tags
and packaging intact. Customized or made-to-order items
are not eligible. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to
the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the issue is
from our side.
